Dr. Jeff Kaluyu has more than 10 years of experience in corporate training, banking, and analytics. He has applied his extensive business management skills as a Senior Training Consultant for both NCA (Neil Carbone Associates) and JP Morgan Chase Bank. As an academic researcher, Dr. Kaluyu specializes in quantitative and qualitative research methods, focusing on the impact of learning on organizations, cultural competence in the health environment, and managing learning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Dr. Kaluyu joined Strayer University as an Adjunct Professor in 2010, and in 2012 was promoted to Associate Campus Dean and Professor of Health Services Administration in the Washington, DC, Takoma Park Campus.
He earned his joint Ph.D. in Urban Health Research and Policy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Rutgers University, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). He also holds a Master in Business Management from NJIT and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
