Dr. Ronna Campbell has more than 20 years of experience in financial and administrative management with several Fortune 500 companies and private firms, including IBM and The GEM Group, where she served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Throughout her career, Dr. Campbell utilized her creativity and expertise in the areas of process improvement, financial analysis and strategic management to build organizational value. She has also led the negotiation and execution of numerous acquisitions and mergers, both domestically and internationally. Dr. Campbell continues to advise business owners in strategic management, focusing primarily on exit strategy planning and execution.
Currently, she serves as Campus Dean at Strayer University’s Huntsville, Georgia Campus. Previously, Dr. Campbell worked as Campus Dean at the Huntsville, Alabama and Lithonia, Georgia campuses as well as faculty for the Douglasville, Georgia campus. As an adjunct professor, she was selected for Provost’s Circle designation in recognition of her outstanding service. Dr. Campbell currently teaches business and economics, both on campus and online, in the undergraduate and master’s degree programs.
Dr. Campbell holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University.
