Strayer University will provide students with letters of invitation to send to their family members living abroad to document the purpose of their travel to the United States. Please complete the Degree Conferral Application and register to participate in a 2012 commencement ceremony before submitting your commencement visa letter application. General Directions
From I-95 North or South
Take I-95 to Callowhill Street exit. At the light, make a sharp right onto Callowhill Street. Follow Callowhill to Broad Street, turn right. Proceed northbound on Broad Street approximately 3 miles. The Liacouras Center will be on your left. (For access to the parking garage, go past the arena on Broad Street to Norris Street. Make a left onto Norris Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Go past one light and the parking garage will be on the right).
From I-76 West or East
Take I-76 to Route 1 or Roosevelt Blvd. Proceed north on Route 1/Roosevelt Blvd. to the Hunting Park/Broad Street exit. Follow the exit to the end and make a right at the light onto Broad Street. Proceed southbound on Broad Street approximately 3 miles. Make a right onto Norris Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Go past one light and the parking garage will be on the right.
From Route 1 N
Proceed north on Route 1/Roosevelt Blvd. to the Hunting Park/Broad Street exit. Follow the exit to the end and make a right at the light on to Broad Street. From Route 309 South
Follow 309 South to Cheltenham Avenue. Make a left onto Cheltenham Ave., proceed approximately 2.5 miles to Broad Street (611), make a right on to Broad Street. Proceed southbound on Broad Street approximately 3 miles. Make a right onto Norris Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Go past one light and the parking garage will be on the right.
From 676 West from the Ben Franklin Bridge
From the Ben Franklin Bridge, follow Route 611/Vine Street signs to Broad Street. Make a right onto Broad Street and proceed north approximately 3.5 miles. The Liacouras Center will be on your left. Make a left onto Norris Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Go past one light and the parking garage will be on the right.

Public Transportation
The Liacouras Center is a stop on many local public transportation routes.
Broad Street Subway:
All local Broad Street subway trains stop at Cecil B. Moore Station (Broad and Cecil B. Moore Avenue).
By Septa Bus
The "C" bus stops on Broad Street at Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Montgomery Avenue, Berks Mall and Norris Street.
The "3" bus stops on Cecil B. Moore Avenue from 11th Street to Broad Street.
Trolley
The "23" trolley stops on 12th Street (southbound) and 11th Street (northbound) at Berks Mall, Montgomery Avenue and Cecil B. Moore Avenue.
SEPTA Regional High Speed Lines
All lines stop at Temple University Station, 10th and Berks Streets.

From I-85 S:
Exit-249C Williams Street.

From I-75/85 N Connector:

Parking
Parking is available in lots surrounding the Georgia Dome. The parking lots closest to the Main Entrance at Gate D are the Red and Orange Parking Lots. Parking map.

Take the George Washington Memorial PKWY north Take the I-395 North exit towards Washington As the road splits, bare left onto US-1 and follow to 14th Street Bridge Cross over the 14th street bridge and stay on 14th Street NW Make a right turn onto Constitution Ave Turn left onto 7th Street and Verizon Center will be on the corner of F and 7th Streets.
From Washington Dulles International Airport:
Turn onto the Dulles Access Road Dulles Access Road turns into I-66 East Continue onto US-50 East/I-66 East Take the US-50 East/Constitution Ave. exit Stay straight to go onto Constitution Ave. NW Turn left onto 7th Street and Verizon Center will be on the corner of F and 7th Streets.
Baltimore-Washington International Airport:
Follow Airport exit Turn slight left onto I-195 West Take the MD-295 South (Balt/ Wash Pkwy) ramp towards Washington Merge onto 295 South towards Washington Merge onto US-50 West Continue on 50 West as it turns into New York Avenue Turn left on 7th Street and Verizon Center will be on the corner of F and 7th Streets.
Parking
There are several public parking garages near the Verizon Center: Gallery Place parking garage on 6th Street NW; the public garage next door to Rosa Mexicano restaurant on F Street NW; and the public garage located near 7th and I Streets NW. There are at least 10,000 parking spaces located within several blocks of the arena.

Take MD 295 (B-W Pkwy//Russell St.) to downtown Baltimore. As an alternative take I-95 North. Use Exit 53 (I-395). Stay straight on Howard Street (do not bend towards Conway St.) you will see the Arena ahead three blocks on your right.
From North (York, Harrisburg, Central PA and N. Central Baltimore County):
Take 1-83 South to I-695/ I-83 towards Baltimore. Continue to Exit 23 (I-83 South, Jones Falls Expressway) Take I-83 South to downtown Baltimore. Turn right onto Lombard Street. Continue passing over South, Calvert, Charles the Arena is located on your right just beyond Hopkins/Sharp Street.
From Western MD and Points West:
Take I-68 (National Freeway), to I-70 E, to I-695 (Balt. Beltway). Merge right onto I-695 (toward Glen Burnie). Take 95 North towards Baltimore then 395 towards Downtown. Stay straight on Howard Street (do not bend towards Conway St.) you will see the Arena ahead three blocks on your right.
From Reisterstown, Westminster and Hanover, PA areas:
Take MD 140 (from Westminster area) or MD 30 (from Hanover area) to I-795. Take I-795 to I-695 (Balto. Beltway). Take I-695 towards Towson to Exit 23.
Take I-83 South to downtown.
From Northeast Maryland, Delaware and Points North:
South on I-95 through the Fort McHenry Tunnel; take Exit 53 at I-395.

From Annapolis and Eastern Shores:
From Bay Bridge, west on US 50/301 to I-97. Continue on I-97/MD 3; at interchange with I-695 (Balto. Beltway), bear right to ramp leading to westbound I-695. Continue on I-695 to Exit 7 (MD 295/B-W Pkwy) to Exit 11 (I-95). Take either MD 295 North into downtown Baltimore or I-95 North to Exits 53 (I-395).
