Campus Dean/FT/Orlando, FL
Strayer University is seeking Campus Dean candidates for the Sand Lake Campus location. This position serves as Primary Learning Officer at an assigned campus and is responsible for academic quality at that campus. The Campus Dean operates with significant autonomy and maintains an academic atmosphere conducive to both staffing and learning. Assures and assesses student learning, improves graduation rates, schedules and staffs courses every quarter, and resolves faculty and student concerns. The Campus Dean is also responsible for coordinating operations of campus academic and educational services with the Campus Director. Additionally, a successful Campus Dean must effectively interact with other University administrators, attend regional meetings, represent the campus in community activities, hire, evaluate and supervise academic staff (including full time and part time faculty), focus on academic administration, classroom management, and academic quality.

Associate Dean/FT/Strayer University Online/Salt Lake City, Utah
Strayer University is seeking an Associate Dean (AD) for its Salt Lake City, Utah Global Region Operations Headquarters. The AD reports directly to the Campus Dean of the Newington, Virginia East Coast Global Region Operations.

The AD will be responsible for managing the day to day Academic needs of the Utah Global Region Operations. The Academics department supports a rapidly growing online community of students and a full complement of internal customers to include business office, quality assurance, admissions, and student support departments.

Responsibilities: This highly administrative management position supports internal and external stakeholders. The position ensures that these constituencies are in compliance with university academic policies, procedures, program requirements, and services.

Day to day responsibilities include:
•Conducting unofficial transcript evaluations to determine prerequisite requirements and optimal course sequencing.
•Counseling and advising students to assist them as they strive to achieve their academic, life, and career aspirations.
•Assisting in departmental initiatives and projects that will increase the level of effectiveness and efficiency of academic systems and support while aiming to achieve increased retention, persistence, and graduation rates.
•As needed, design, develop, implement, and conduct internal training on department policies and procedures.
•Teach eight courses per year (two online courses per quarter) and participate in annual graduation ceremonies.

Requirements: The successful candidate must possess a Masters Degree and at least one year of administrative experience in a mid-level position. In addition, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior skills working independently in a solely online environment, i.e. the candidate must possess the unique ability to correspond effectively with students and internal stakeholders via email, telephone, fax, in both synchronous and asynchronous computing environments, and through other virtual mediums.

Teaching Requirements: The successful candidate must have at least two years of teaching experience in an online or face-to-face environment (adult instruction is preferred.) In addition, two to five years of work experience is required. A minimum of one year of previous staff management is expected. The successful candidate must possess 18 graduate credits in an applicable Strayer University teaching area (see online catalog of courses at http://www.strayer.edu/campus catalog).

Associate Onsite Programs Dean/Corporate Onsite Programs/FT/Lincoln, NE
As part of our effort to grow our onsite programs, we are looking for a high performing individual to fill an Associate Onsite Programs Dean position, reporting to the Onsite Programs Dean. The Associate Onsite Programs Dean will be responsible for academic quality at an assigned Onsite location. As the primary academic administrator, the Associate Onsite Programs Dean is responsible for maintaining an academic atmosphere conducive to learning and program growth, assuring and assessing student learning, improving continuation rates, scheduling and staffing courses every quarter, and resolving faculty and student concerns. In addition, the Associate Dean will teach three courses per quarter at the Onsite location and must spend a minimum of 24 hours per week at the Onsite location specifically for academic student services. This time requirement does not include teaching hours.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a broad educational background to include a terminal degree in Business; at least one year teaching experience at the college level; excellent oral and written communication skills; and at least one year of administrative experience.
