Summary:
The Campus Director in Training is a member of the Campus Director Leadership Program and will be exposed to all aspects of campus leadership through a 12-24 month rotational program. During the program rotations the Campus Director in Training will be exposed to all aspects of campus operations and develop an understanding of the role of a Senior Administrative Official at Strayer University. The Campus Director in training will be responsible for achieving established operational, collection, staff development, and enrollment objectives at their assigned campus/department. Primary responsibilities of this position include the management of new student recruitment activities, overall campus enrollment management, student retention initiatives, campus-level fiscal and budgetary management, business office and associated collection activities, and the overall appearance and administrative operations of the campus. In addition, this position will assist with the recruitment of future Campus Director Leadership Program members. At the completion of the Campus Director Leadership Program, the Campus Director in Training will be ready to assume the role of Campus Director at one of the Strayer University campuses, pending a formal interview process.
