This course discusses the issues surrounding acquiring the right product or service in the right quantity with the right quality from the right source at the right time for the right price. It provides an introduction and overview of acquisition and its role in commercial enterprises. Current reforms in the acquisition field will be incorporated into the course and emerging controversies will be highlighted to provide students with an up-to-date view of the profession.
