Compensation and Rewards (BUS525)
Examines modern philosophy and approaches for compensation and rewards to motivate the workforce, enrich job satisfaction, and enhance the competitiveness of a firm. Expands upon the traditional view of compensating the workforce and addresses effective concepts for performance appraisal, developing and administering compensation systems, and assessing the effectiveness of these programs. Explores other motivating elements that will combine with the traditional compensation elements to best motivate and retain the most talented and fitting assets.
