Associate in Arts in Accounting
The Associate in Arts in Accounting program is designed to provide students with a strong liberal arts background and introduce them to the field of accounting. Students develop abstract logical thinking skills, critical analysis skills, computer literacy skills and enhanced writing skills. Course requirements foster historical, political, social and ethical awareness.
Additionally, students are provided the basis for theoretical and background knowledge in accounting.
Graduates of the associate in arts program may apply all the credits earned toward a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Also available: Bachelor of Science in Accounting, an Executive Graduate Certificate and a Master of Science in Professional Accounting.
