This course provides the student with the essential information to understand and troubleshoot internetworks. Essential issues included troubleshooting LANs and WANs that use TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, and AppleTalk protocols. The course also provides information on switched and VLAN network troubleshooting. Case studies are included.
