Alpha Chi Honors Medallions
The purpose of Alpha Chi, of which D.C. Gamma 283 is a chapter, is the promotion and recognition of scholarship and good character among students. Membership is open by invitation only. Invitations are mailed in the Summer, Fall, and Winter Quarters to students who meet the following requirements at least one quarter prior to commencement: minimum of 120 credit hours with at least 65 credit hours through Strayer University and a 3.8 overall grade point average meet the requirements to receive an invitation.
Web site information for ordering the honor medallions will be listed in the acceptance letter upon receipt of your application. Honor Society members may wear their medallions on their commencement day to distinguish their academic excellence. Alpha Chi honor medallions will be available for purchase at the commencement ceremonies.
