Prerequisite: CIS 175 or CIS 312
This course introduces students to LAN, WAN and WLAN conceptsand connectivity in an internetworking environment. Students will usecommand-line interface commands to secure, configure andtroubleshoot router and switch operating systems. Topics include anoverview of networking devices that operate at the OSI or TCP/IPstack, IP addressing and subnetting, collision and broadcast domains.
