This course covers the principles, approaches and methodologies inauditing information systems to ensure the processes and proceduresare in compliance with pertinent laws and regulatory provisionsespecially in the context of information systems security (ISS).Topicsinclude the processes used to protect and secure business andconsumer privacy data, an explanation of compliancy laws, and theprocess and legal requirements for conducting IT infrastructurecompliance audits.
