This course provides students with the concepts, theory and designof human-computer interaction (HCI) to address organizational issues.Students learn the practical principles and guidelines to develop highquality interface designs that users can understand, predict, andcontrol. Topics include a strategic and tactical assessment of expertreviews, usability testing, direct manipulation, menu selection, andform design. Current HCI topics are addressed with a balancedemphasis on mobile devices, Web, and desktop platforms.
