Effective strategies to be explored includeprogram development, budgeting, team roles, internal consulting,training delivery methods, project management, course developmentfor different media, marketing and learning management systems.EDU 571 Evaluating School ProgramsProvides the knowledge, skills and strategies required for assessingand evaluating instructional and other educational programs intraditional and non-traditional institutions. The focus of the courseincludes determining present status, determining future direction,charting a course of action, and assessing progress toward desiredoutcomes. Standardized and alternative forms of measurement arestudied as a means of evaluating and validating instructionaloutcomes.
