This course analyzes the foundation of employment law and how itimpacts the employer-employee relationship. Topics covered includethe selection, development and termination of employees;maintaining policies that support diversity; and employee pay andbenefit packages. Students will develop an appreciation for the legalprocess and how organizations can manage risk.
