This course provides an overview of current information systemsincluding topics such as locating, collecting, analyzing, utilizing andreporting of health statistics to solve common workplace issues.Students will learn basic concepts of data quality and methods ofpresentation. Data systems issues as well as health indicators, metricsand measurements are covered to support informed decision makingin a healthcare organization.
