HTM 150-Quality Service Assurance

This course focuses on the management of service quality andimprovement within all operational segments of the hospitality andtourism industry. Topics contained in the course includes introductionto quality management systems, managing teams, assessing anorganization's service strengths and weaknesses, servicing thecustomer, developing and implementing quality service, andmanagement leadership. The course will prepare students tounderstand the importance of service quality and how to implementservice quality plans within an organization.
