Strayer University’s Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree with Technology Education concentration* is valuable for any educator looking to further his or her goals in a career in education. Our online classes and on-campus coursework are appropriate for a wide range of educators (K-12 through adult), and prepares graduates for roles in instructional design, curriculum development, training, distance education, e-learning, and LMS management.

Completion of Strayer University’s Master of Education program does not guarantee a student has met the requirements to apply for public school teacher or administrator licensure in any state. Students pursuing teacher or school administrator certifications in the public school system should contact their respective state offices of education as well as local school district to confirm educational requirements, before beginning the program.

Strayer University students are mostly working adults who earn their degrees at their own pace and on their own schedule. Most students attend part-time, and the normal time to complete this program is 4.5 years.
