Qualified individuals for this entry-level position should have strong communication & customer service skills, possess a thorough knowledge of library services & have strong computer skills.  All candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, with preference given to those with a Master’s degree. Evening/weekend hours will be required.

 Student Account Representative 
This position will support our Business Office in processing student accounts. Qualified individuals for this entry-level position should be reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently & possess excellent customer service skills. Learning Resources Center Manager (LRC)/FT/Washington, DC
Strayer University’s Washington, DC Campus has an immediate full-time opening for a Manager of its Learning Resources Center. Regional Student Affairs Officer/FT/Regions 4 and 6
The Strayer University Student Affairs Office is seeking a Regional Student Affairs Officer for Region 4 and part of Region 6. This position will work directly with the Dean of Student Affairs to develop and implement services and programs that directly impact adult learner satisfaction and retention and enhance the quality of the student experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: overseeing campus career development activities and resources; conducting career events and providing career development assistance to students, and interacting with all levels of staff for all the regional campuses to determine individual campus career development needs. This position may also use advanced technology to develop online workshops, classes, and video presentations to be given to students on all campuses and for the Strayer Online-Global Region.

To perform this job successfully, candidates should possess managerial-level administrative, counseling or customer-service experience; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and a Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of higher education, career development, recruiting, or student affairs is preferred. Strong technological skills are highly preferred.
