At Strayer, our career services team strives to build strong relationships with employers and we invite you to take a close look at our students and alumni as you plan for your recruiting needs.  We offer high-tech and high-touch services to customize your recruiting experience.  Whether you want to post a job or visit one of our campuses, we are confident that by working with us you will find an exceptional group of quality students and graduates.  Don’t just take our word for it though – get to know our students and let them speak for themselves!

Online Job Posting:

Recruiting online with Strayer is EASY!  Just send your posting to hireourgrads@strayer.edu and we will create an account for you, post your job online in our state-of-the-art job board and ensure your opportunity is shared with students on each campus in your local area.

If you would prefer to manage your postings yourself, our online recruiting platform allows you to post open positions directly to our job board.  This new platform makes it easy for you to reach a broad audience and find the perfect candidate. 

Personalized Service:

If you seek personalized service to help attract specialized talent to your organization, we look forward to working with you. We facilitate traditional on-campus recruiting opportunities and offer a variety of other options for you to build your brand visibility with our students and alumni.

Get to know our students and alumni through participation in an “Employer on Campus” networking event on one or more of our campuses.  Scheduled at your convenience and at no cost to you, these events allow you to connect with our students, alumni, faculty, and staff.  Through this type of event you can reach out in many different ways:

  • Host an information table or session to share information about your company
  • Recruit for specific job openings
  • Present career-relevant topics including networking, job search, job offer negotiation and etiquette skills to our students and alumni
  • Speak on “Careers in…” panels

To schedule an “Employer on Campus” event we encourage you to contact a campus in your area. The Learning Resources Center Manager at that campus will get you started.
