Our, library, lounge, and learning center are available when you need a quiet place to study or a few minutes away from your books. We’re surrounded by countless community corporate partners, including CareFirst, Toyota Financial, and Centric. Foundry Boulevard, with its shops and restaurants is right around the corner. And for those who take public transportation, Metro Center is a few minutes away.
Our campus is open during the day and evening and Saturdays. We offer financial aid assistance as well as academic advising, tutoring, and career counseling through our Learning Resource Center. We also have open computer lab hours—when you need to work on or print a paper.
Our knowledgeable, faculty members bring real-world experience to every class they teach. We offer degrees in several subjects, including accounting, business and finance, education, human resources, information technology, nursing, a digital entrepreneurship master’s degree, and the Jack Welch Management Institute Executive MBA.
We’re part of the Degrees at Work program, a life-changing option that can give you a competitive advantage and keep you in your job longer. Participating companies offer employees and their immediate family no-cost, no-debt college degrees.
For residents of Maryland and District of Columbia, New/Readmit undergraduate student for Fall 2019 must have at least 6 classes (or credits equivalent to 6 classes) transfer into Strayer University to be eligible for $5,000 scholarship to be awarded as $1000 off tuition per term for 5 terms of attendance beginning with the Winter 2019 quarter. Student, any immediate family member of the student, or household member of the student may not be currently employed by the University, the University’s parent company, or any other subsidiary of the parent company. Student must have at least 6 classes (or credits equivalent to 6 classes) transfer into Strayer University. Unofficial transcripts can be used for eligibility, but official transcripts are required to award the scholarship. Student must not take off more than two (2) consecutive terms in order for subsequent installments of scholarship to be awarded. Student must enroll and begin classes in Fall 2019 and the scholarship will be awarded in Winter 2019. Student must complete at least one course in Fall 2019 and post attendance through week 8 of Winter 2019. Scholarship will post to the student’s ledger in week 8 of Winter 2019. Student must not take off more than two (2) consecutive terms in order for subsequent installments of scholarship to be awarded. Eligible programs include all Strayer University undergraduate programs. This scholarship does not include JWMI, NYCDA, Degrees@work, or Verizon Onsite.
