Annual Security Report

Federal regulations require Strayer to provide the 2025 Annual Security Report to all current and prospective students and employees. This report contains crime statistics for the previous three calendar years as well as various policies, procedures and program disclosures related to safety and security. Beginning in October 2026, this report will include statistics on certain hazing incidents based federal standards and definitions.

The report was originally published on September 26, 2025.

Federal regulations also require Strayer to publish a Campus Hazing Transparency Report if the University finds that an established or recognized student organization has violated the University’s standards of conduct relating to hazing. Strayer made no such findings between 7/1/2025 and 12/23/2025. If any such findings occur in the future, they will be summarized in a Campus Hazing Transparency Report, which will be available on this page.

Pennsylvania Uniform Crime Reporting Act of 2004

The Pennsylvania Uniform Crime Reporting Act of 2004 governs the responsibility of Pennsylvania Institutions of Higher Education to report crime statistics and rates and to provide descriptions of security policies and procedures to students and employees and to prospective students and employees. Colleges and universities are currently required to collect statistics on and report rates of crimes occurring on campus. The act requires colleges and universities to keep and maintain a daily log of campus crime activity and make it available for public inspection.
