Campus Operations

What is a career in Campus Operations? Is it enrolling students into Strayer University? Is it assisting students with financial services? Or is it managing the various departments on a campus? At Strayer University, the answer is yes to all of these questions. Strayer University’s Campus Operations employees take pride in guiding their students from start to finish on the road to their academic goals. This road begins with Strayer’s Admissions Officers working diligently to enroll students into the university. The journey continues with the assistance of the Student Financial Services team partnering with students to ensure all financial services are completed. Overseeing the journey, the Operations Leaders ensures students receive the highest level of support on a daily basis by building a positive, welcoming campus environment.

Strayer University’s Corporate positions provide employees with the opportunity to enrich the university in many different ways. In Human Resources, the focus is on the ability to hire and retain high quality employees. In Marketing, the goal is to continuously grow a positive, enriching brand to potential students and partners. In this ever-changing digital age, Strayer’s Information Technology department ensures the university stays connected by keeping up with the latest technological advances. Making sure the university is in compliance with all accreditation requirements falls to the capable hands of Strayer’s Legal team. The Finance and Accounting teams handle the important task of ensuring the university stays on a strong financial foundation. Strayer’s Real Estate team is tasked with the smooth operation of all campus facilities which includes logistics, maintenance, and real estate development.
