The Degrees@Work program is available to full-time and part-time employees at participating FCA US dealerships who meet these eligibility requirements. Employees are required to:

Be employed for at least 30 days

Have an active FCA US SID number

The Degrees@Work program is designed to help you expand and enhance your workplace skills. In this first Ed Talks session, learn how Strayer University and Sophia Learning courses, degrees or supplemental training can benefit your current or future role(s) in sales, parts, service (including technicians), leadership and dealership support.

Sophia General Education Courses

Flexible, general education option that’s included for Strayer students

Sophia Learning provides self-paced courses for college credit in a fresh, fun learning environment. As a Strayer student, your tuition includes online courses from our affiliate, Sophia Learning offering the potential to save time and money on their undergraduate degrees. All Sophia general education courses are American Council on Education (ACE) recommended for transfer to numerous higher education institutions for course credit.
