- Why Strayer
In addition to countless classrooms, our campus includes a library, computer lab, Learning Resource Center, and student lounge. There’s space for you, whether you need to type a paper or a quiet place to study. You can also check in with your personal Success Coach and meet with your instructors. When you need a break or have to run an errand, we’re down the street from the Wolf Chase Galleria Mall and The Main Fun Center. The Memphis Police Department is less than a mile away.
We’re here during the day and early evening and on Saturdays. Get answers to your financial aid questions from our team, and academic advising, tutoring, and career counseling through our Learning Resource Center. We’re a Veteran Hub, which means our active duty, reserve, and veteran students can get one-on-one access to services and have a place to work.
Faculty members bring their real-world experience into the classroom. The programs we offer at the associate’s bachelor’s and master’s levels include accounting, business, information technology, and information systems. Our graduate programs include the Jack Welch Executive MBA, and master’s in public administration, management, health service administration, accounting, and education.
Strayer delivers a combination of online and on-campus classes so you can learn the way you learn best. Our on-site staff are here to support you throughout your dynamic, interactive online education experience.
Our financial aid advisors work with you to find ways you can reduce the cost of earning your degree.
We respect how you got here, so we’ll help you transfer prior college credit or turn your real-life experience into real college credit when we can.
We understand what businesses need and design our degree programs to meet demand.
Our Shelby campus offers the following undergraduate and graduate degree programs, many with online and on-campus options.
