  • CIS 554 - IT Project Leadership Strategies

    Prerequisite: CIS 517

    Examine the techniques and frameworks for managing teams and leading software development projects. Study the software development methodologies, tools and techniques of software project management with emphasis on leadership qualities.

    Examine the strategic use and trends of organizational information systems with emphasis on the application of information technology.
